Help your clients experience breakthroughs for a hopeful future by maximizing their strengths and potential.
The Connect Assessment® Personality Profile Report clarifies natural or core tendencies. It informs possible adaptations caused by the need to manage better
relationships and environments based on the answers provided during a brief questionnaire.
The Connect Assessment® aims to help individuals better connect with others by gaining more insights about themselves and others in relationships with them.
We believe and trust that if individuals objectively consider the information provided in the report, they will experience more enhanced relationships and
more meaningful life.
The Connect Assessment® includes multiple sections tailored to their unique personality profile, including the following elements:
- How To Interpret Your Natural Tendencies Chart
- Your Personality Characteristics Chart
- How you tend to naturally operate
- Individual Strengths
- Decision Making
- Connect with Others
- Disconnecting with Others
- When Communicating
- When Resolving Conflicts
- When Under Stress
- How to Better Connect with Others
- Things to Consider
Through the report, clients will discover a lot about themselves and even more about those they come in contact with consistently. The majority of the
content in the report will accurately describe the individual, but there may still be a certain amount that doesn't seem to align with what they think or
feel about themselves. We suggest the individual share the results objectively with someone who knows them well.
Every individual tends not to recognize specific characteristics or habits about themselves that will be more readily noticed by those close to them.
Therefore, soliciting the response of a trusted friend or family member may help them better understand themselves and the information provided in the
report.
We recommend individuals review the report often. They might also consider using various sections of this report as discussion points with those closest to
you, such as your spouse, other family members, friends, and coworkers.
We recommend the Connect Assessment® be taken every 12 to 14 months to examine changes and maturity in interactions with others.
Thank you for coaching others to learn to better connect with others.
